Hyaluronic acid in form of sodium hyaluronate: Hyaluronic acid is an important component of connective tissue and cartilage, it has a lubricating, shock-absorbing and nourishing effect. The dose should reduce pain and improve mobility.

Vitamin C and D, E and coenzyme Q10
Vitamin C is important for building cartilage, bones and teeth. It helps to strengthen and tighten the collagen fibers. Without vitamin C the collagen structure can not be formed.
Vitamin D supports the biosynthesis of body-borne collagen, and
Vitamin E acts as a protective shield in the body, shields it against harmful, free radicals and can thus prevent cell aging and even cancer. The vitamin E is additionally supported by the coenzyme Q10, which is contained in palm oil and is known as a free radical scavenger. Research even showed that Q10 is good for heart, muscle, and of course the skin. It stabilizes the cell walls and promotes their permeability to essential substances.
